Hi, I'm Sally Meikle and I started Colestown, a boutique chocolate company, in 2006.
All of our chocolates are made by hand in small batches to ensure a delicious chocolate experience. We make a range of truffles and nougat using Callebaut chocolate imported from Belgium. The flavours are then created using fresh nuts, honey, fruits and liqueurs sourced predominantly from within New Zealand.
